Was my order successful?
A confirmation will be sent to your email when we have received your order. If you haven’t got a confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us.

Do I need an account on Paypal to make a purchase?
No, it is possible to pay with credit/debit card via Paypal without creating an account. Choose PayPal at checkout and you will be asked to confirm the payment with your name and card details.

Is it safe to purchase on your website?
Lideste ensures our customers safety by never storing or transferring any credit card information. Our payment partners Paypal and Klarna have their own standards and methods of securely passing data from and to our website without storing any sensitive information on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. An order that have entered the shipping process must be returned for cancellation.

Are there any additional fees post-order?
VAT, import duties and taxes are included for orders within the EU. When you order from outside the EU, you may be paying VAT and other fees specific for the country you are receiving the product in.

What payment options do you provide?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Discover and American Express. Your transaction will be handled by either PayPal or Klarna, depending on the country you make the purchase from.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from DHL including your tracking information.

We strive to deliver all orders within 2-5 business days from the day the order is placed.

How long is the warranty period?
Registered watches are covered by 5 years of warranty. Non-registered watches are covered by a standard 2-year warranty. Read more about warranty and how to register your watch here.

Are your watches water resistant?
All our watches are water resistant to a pressure of 5ATM. However, the leather straps should not be in contact with water. Read more about our directions and recommendations here.

How do I adjust the size of my mesh straps?
Please visit our instruction page for manuals.

Can I customize a product?
If you want to make minor customizations (e.g. changing the color of the straps), please contact us and we will customize your order. Customized products are protected by the same warranty as non-customized.
