A product can be returned free of charge within 60 days after delivery. We offer free returns on all orders. Simply contact our customer service to schedule the return and to receive a pre-paid return label.

The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging with all its belongings. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

A full refund will be issued within 3 days after we have received you return.

Please note that we can only accept returns of products purchased online at lideste.com. And that VAT, duties and taxes will not be refunded for orders outside the European Union.
