By using this website and the products and services available through it, one agrees to the following terms and conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time.
Any policies that are presented in these terms and conditions only apply to Lideste. We do not take any responsibility for the policies of websites, companies or organizations that we link to.
A confirmation will be sent to your email when we have received your order. The order confirmation also serves as proof of purchase and warranty. We recommend that you save the order confirmation for any future contact with our customer service.
At checkout, the customer is responsible for providing all the information necessary to fulfill the order. Lideste cannot be liable for shipments that is not delivered due to insufficient or faulty information provided by the customer.
If you want to make minor customizations (e.g. changing the color of the straps), please contact us and we will customize your order. Customized products are protected by the same warranty as non-customized.
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to your order. An order that have entered the shipping process must be returned for cancellation.
DUTIES AND TAXES
The shipping is free for all our customers.
For orders within the European Union, VAT is included in the price. Orders outside of the European Union may be subjected to VAT and other fees, such as import duties and taxes. Lideste can neither predict nor take responsibility for any charges that an order outside of the European Union may be subjected to once it reaches its destination.
Lideste ensures our customers safety by never storing or transferring any credit card information. Our payment partners have their own standards and methods of securely passing data from and to our website without storing any sensitive information on our website.
All transactions made through our e-commerce are handled by either PayPal or Klarna. PayPal and Klarna meet the standards of PCI DSS and apply PCI-secured transactions. PCI DSS is a set of 12 strict requirements that all businesses who handle credit or debit card payments must comply with. The product images and texts displayed on this website describe our products as accurately as possible. We reserve the right for any error. The colors of our products may also differ depending on the device you use. For these reasons you should consider all pictures as illustrations of our products.
Every piece of marble has its own unique amount of veins and color deviations. Therefore, the watch you purchase will not be identical to the watches we use in our advertisements. We always try to vary the watches we use in our pictures to give our customers a general impression.
We strive to deliver all our products within 2-5 business days from the day the order is placed.
Although we try to deliver within the estimated delivery time, we cannot be liable for any delays due to events outside of our control. All mentioned delivery dates on the website shall therefore be considered as estimations.
All our shipments are traceable via our carrier and our products can be delivered to most countries. Please contact us if you cannot find your country in the drop-down menu at checkout.
Shipments outside the European Union may be delayed due to custom process.
LOSS AND DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
The transport responsibility remain with us until the order has been delivered to the address specified at checkout. Packages lost and damaged during return shipment will therefore fall under the customers responsibility.
If products have been damaged during shipping, you are required to contact the carrier and us within 48 hours after receiving your order. For shortest processing time, please forward us the case number of the carriers claim form.
If you have not received your order within 14 days after purchase, you are obligated to contact us 28 days after the purchase was made.
All watches purchased on our website or from authorized retailers are protected by a standard 2-year warranty, with an option to extend the warranty on our website to 5 years. The order confirmation or the boutique receipt serves as your warranty.
To extend your warranty, please register your watch here. Your watch registration must be made within 6 months after purchase. The extended warranty is offered under the same terms as the standard warranty. Note that our retailers cannot be liable for any defects that occur after the standard warranty of 2 years. When the standard warranty has expired, you should directly contact us on our website for warranty claims, regardless if you have bought your watch from a retailer or from our website.
The warranty protects against all manufacturing defects. Please observe that our warranty does not cover the battery life and normal wear and tear or aging of products.
Damages that occur through any kind of abnormal use, accidents, natural disasters or negligence do not fall under warranty. A product that is damaged through non-observance of our provided directions (e.g. water damages as a result of unclosed crown or pressure higher than 5 ATM), does not fall under warranty either. In case of manufacturing defects, please email us your order number together with a description of the matter. A replacement product will be issued and Lideste will take full economic responsibility for the return costs if the damages are considered to be covered by warranty.
All our customers have the right to return their order free of charge within 30 days after delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all its belongings. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
The cancellation shall be done to our customer service together with your order confirmation. A full refund will be issued within 3 days after we have received you return. Please note that VAT, duties and taxes will not be refunded for orders outside the European Union.
The risks of the transportation lie with the customer. Lideste cannot be held liable for packages being damaged and lost in the return shipment.

NON-PICKED UP ORDERS
Lideste reserves the right to charge you for all the costs when handling your shipment back to us. The costs will be deducted from your initial payment.
Basic personal information can be collected from our customers when placing an order, signing up for our newsletter and making a watch registration. Personal information such as name, address and phone number are necessary in order to fulfill your order, carry out deliveries and contact you in case of any issues related to your purchase. Lideste guarantees a secure storage of this information, which will not be shared beyond our trusted partners.
We reserve the right to send out newsletters with information regarding new collections and other updates. You can of course unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies are also used in analytical and marketing purposes to keep statistics about our visitors’ demographics, previous purchases and how often they visit our website. The cookies we use do not collect information such as your name, address and payment details and the information cannot be used to track or identify you.
The intellectual property rights (such as copyright and trademarks) in all content, on or through this website, remains the property of Lideste or its licensors. All the rights are protected by international copyright laws and are reserved by Lideste and its licensors. You are not permitted to use any contents of this website, other than for your personal use.
Any unauthorized use will be taken as an infringement against Lideste and legal actions will be taken.
